Visit Jo's blog to find out what's happening around here. She's a lot more faithful to post.
Her post of Isis funeral is especially touching. |

The cakes are on the wrong side in case you didn't figure it out.

Last night I decided to try out this noodle maker we got from some where. So, here I am with Jay making wholewheat egg noodles for a chicken soup. Alan took the photo.
They came out pretty good. There are a few adjustments in the recipe that could be made and you'd get a different type of noodle. You don't need a noodle maker to do it either. |

Ok, I forgot a couple of April birthdays; Colin and Samira. There could be others. Let me know.
Now since Hayden in that last photo didn't look so 'impressed',
here's a beauty! Also Miggs & Hayden happen to be the latest additions to our family. Have a look at this.

Since Jo & Serena did pretty well putting up Christmas photos, I'll put up a couple odd one's out.
Esmy sent me some nice pics of her, Lorrie & Connie.
Also did a little stint as S. Claus with DK & Mari. Here on the far left is Stergia, the sweet lady who hired us. And Suzy on my left who was in charge of blowing up hundreds of balloons. She was fun to work with too. That's her little daughter & friend who were a big help handing out candy canes and ringing my bell.
Mari sat on my lap and told me what she wanted for Christmas but due to client confidentiality I am unable to disclose any details, not even his name.
Just to clarify, this pic is not Mari sitting on my lap.
I highly recommend old Mr Claus get a suitable outfit for the next visit down- under; like board shorts t-shirt and sandals. ( I was going to say thongs, but some people in the northern realms might think I'm being rude.) Thankfully we had one of the coolest Christmas times in years.
Hope you all had a nice Christmas!

Big Hail - 8:28 AM, December 30, 2007 |
I'm really late with this one. About 3 weeks ago we had a big hail storm and now Shane, me & mum have dents in our cars. Broke two windows on the house too. As you can see it was pretty big.

Joanna had her baby today about 3pm, a boy 12/12/07. That makes our eldest and youngest grandsons have the same birthday.
Happy Birthday Dustin on your 14th.
Don't know the new little guy's name yet.
Here you can see him with Alan & Jay. They are happy to have a new brother.

Here's a photo from the CTW Christmas party last night of the kids singing it. Good on ya Greg for getting it together for the party and thanks to DK for the 'rusty Holden ute'.

Well, I finally get around to updating my blog but Serena beat me to it. It did saved me a lot of work and I wasn't so sure about putting the car pics up either but she thinks it's cool.
I'll tell you there's a lot more show than go in all those beautiful cars. They are a beast to drive. No power steering, or power brakes. They way a ton and it feels like the heater is on all the time. But it is quite the flashy show for the bride and brides maids to arrive like that. I'm happy to do it and I have always wanted to drive these kinds of cars. I hope I get a chance at the Rolls, It's suppose to be the best one to drive out of the 24 luxury cars there.
You can also see all the photos from mum's birthday. We decided on a simple all-you-can-eat buffet. Everybody is happy then and it's more affordable.
We thought of you Jess, & missed you too. That's a beautiful collage you put up for mum too. Maybe we should save up and come visit you!!
