Back from bad back

Ok so I now know that the Sunrise video (see below) is not real! I think it had a lot of people fooled though! This is the first time in over a week I've been able to sit at my computer without being in alot of pain. I did my back in at work and have been lying on the sofa feeling sorry for myself all week.
Incidentally if anyone ever happens to suffer a disc bulge on their spine, a great way to get some relief is to go swimming in the sea (I guess a pool would do), just walk about in there and do some freestyle (not breast stroke), it really helps. Oh and avoid taking painkillers containing Codeine together with anti-inflammatories such Anaprox or Naproxen, they can cause severe constipation, believe me I know! Take a paracetamol based painkiller instead.

The Rather Super Sunrise Morning Television Swearing Incident

THE SUNRISE VIDEO. Okay, if you havn't already seen it, here it is. If your gonna dump someone how would YOU go about it? A phone call? A text message? Well how about doing it live on national television broadcating across the whole of Australia on the nations most watched morning news and chat show? Thats what this guy did. The presenters Mel & Kochie think he's going to propose to his girlfriend of 7 years and then WAMMO!! A classic TV moment is born.

Disaster Dreams

Okay this one is for you dream analyst's out there. The other night I had two very vivid dreams straight after each other. This in itself is strange because barely ever remember one dream in a night let alone two.

Dream 1:
In this dream I was working with a team of people in a nuclear power plant, we were what seemed to be the main reactor area and we were running a series of test's. It was as if there had been a problem with the reactor and we were trying to get it back up and running. Things were not going good and we were all getting very desperate. In the end there was a huge low frequency bang from within the reactor and things started to shake, we all knew at that second that this was it, the reactor was going blow. We made a vein attempt to get the hell out but it was too late......thats about as much as I can recall.
In real life I did work at nuclear power plant for a couple of years, so I know a bit about the way it all works. I also know that if something serious goes wrong as it did at Chernobyl, there is nothing that can be done to stop it. Once the nuclear chain reaction gets out of control, thats it, KABOOM! I think this bit of knowledge made the dream that much more scary and real.

Dream 2:
In this dream, I'm driving towards are large suspension type bridge, the kind that spans large expanses of water. As I'm approaching the bridge I can see the whole thing is starting to flex in the wind, the way that the famous 'galloping gertie' did in that news film. As I get to bridge I get out of the car and there is chaos and panic all around. I try in vien to help. I manage to somehow get in amongst the frame work of the bridge to try and help some other workers and I can see the choppy water way down beneath me. I dont remember much more of this dream.

So any idea's anyone or is my head just a little messed up? Anyone else had anything similar?
