Salad Faces

5/11/2009 - Salad Face Jr.

Salad Face Jr. was made at a family event. This was at an RSL Bistro. I made this Salad Face to entertain my younger cousins (and perhaps, myself).

I used cherry tomato halves for his eyes, a potato chip for his nose, mixed salad for his mouth and hair.

I call him Salad Face Jr. because he has an innocence about him, he looks youthful. My salad faces are like my children. I love them all.

About Me

I am proposing a new art movement. When I go out to dinner, I never eat my salad. I'm a very picky eater. What do you do with uneaten food left on your plate? Do you just leave it there, pushed to the side of the plate? Why not get creative?? I do.
