May 16, 2008 - Spiritual Warfare

Posted in Christian

I often have people approach me and ask, "How do I get into spiritual warfare?" The reality is, you don't need to "get into" it - if you are a Christian, you are in spiritual warfare whether you like it or not.

The only choice you have is whether you will stand trained and equipped and victorious in Christ, or venture on to the battle field naked, untrained and unequipped and fall before the attack of the devil.

For quite a few years now, I have been teaching a seminar on spiritual warfare, Called to Battle. A couple of months ago I was challenged to put it into a format that would be available through the internet.

As a result, I have put the audio sessions into MP3 format, and also turned the whole thing into an e-book. It is now available, along with a couple of bonuses, at spiritualwarfare.lynnbfowler.com.

As an introduction to the seminar, I have put part of the teaching into a free e-course, Put on the Armor of God.

There is one God, and one mediator between God and man, the Man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5) in Whom all the fullness of the Godhead lives in bodily form (Colossiand 2:9) and Whom God the Father has exalted to the highest place, giving Him the Name that is above every name, that at the Name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11)
