If the Islamic people want to really hurt a western civilised state like Britain, why haven't they taken out the electricity grid, and/or sabotaged oil and gas pipelines?

Why do they only try to terrorise civilians?

Why do they only try to do symbolic acts rather than do real damage?

Do they really, deep down, love civilisation so much themselves that they can't really shut it down? Do they only want to replace the style of civilisation?

Are they really just civilised psychopaths like the western governments they claim to hate?
