Eighteen months experience as a support worker at a health organisation.
Three years experience in the youth sector.During that time I have worked on a professional basis in supporting people on various issues such as; low self esteem, suicide, family violence, unemployment, addiction,anxiety, depression, schitzophrenia, homelessness, financial issues and motivation.
Furthermore, I have ten years informal experience of counselling friends, family members and aquaintences through some difficult life challenges.
