• 27/5/2008 - FuelWatch will fail

The reason starts to appear as a rift is emerging within the Rudd Government with a minister Martin Ferguson saying FuelWatch will hurt battling families. Mr Ferguson attacked the FuelWatch scheme as an anti-competitive waste of money and predicted it would leave petrol buyers out of pocket, and will fail to lower fuel prices.
