Posted in Photos n stuff
We went to a party at the Botanical Gardens today. And then we walked around and took lots of photos. I'm going to have to work on some series'. We saw heaps of birds and we went to the zoo... and I got some stuff that gave me a good idea for a little photoshop surprise too.

But, as the first in the series, let's do the Japanese Gardens today.

As you walk in the gate, you see the waterfall across the serene lilly-covered pond. It's lovely.

Waterlillies never look so good as they do in a Japanese Garden. These were lovely, the colours were so pretty...

... and so are the reflections.

The water was just tinkling over these rocks. Waterfalls are very serene and relaxing.

Yay, the bubbles turned out...

I loved the reflections today.

Stay tuned for birds galore, a zoo full of animals (keep an eye out for the koalas ), reptiles of all kinds, some pretty cool ducks, a plethora of turtles and lots of flora.

Just beautiful!! Clear days are so good for reflections. :)
Looking forward to seeing the birds, animals, reptiles etc etc...:)
Itching to have the energy and time to get into the botanical gardens down here - a couple of different ones but both a fair distance to drive (either right into the city or way up the mountains to Mt Tomah.)
