I am proud of myself. I have managed to create a debate of sorts among gamers in my area. But, among all the devices I have used, I would still go with the Xbox. I have also played games on both the Xbox and the PS3, and even the Nintendo DS. One thing you can give the Nintendo. It can be carried around almost in your pocket. Thinking of gifting it to my nephew on his next birthday. But with the number of games available for the Nintendo…guess he will have to pay more for purchasing the games than the actual cost of the device. To start him off, I think I will give him ‘Age of Empires: The Age of Kings’ with the Nintendo. Are there any interesting games for the iPhone? Wanna buy that next.

Hi guys and Xbox fans. As I had intended to do in my last post, I tried out the PS3. I have played on the Xbox, but I prefer the PS3 anytime. I have bent the rules a little and have often played ‘The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion’ on the PS3. I find the experience much better in this device. Younger gamers may not understand the nuances between the different gaming devices, but I, after years of practice with different gaming devices, see that there is something about the PS3 that sets it apart from the others. Nothing against Microsoft – their operating system is the best – but this time I will have to go with Sony. Four cheers to the PS3. Anyone out there not gaming? Please do it. Just buy a cheap desktop pc or a cheap laptop, install some game, and get set to roll.

I wholeheartedly agree with you die hard gamers who say that gaming is an unforgettable experience. Truly gaming takes you away from the mundaneness of everyday life. What the heck! I spend like three hours a day gaming and I use the Xbox 360 like a second wife. This is an awesome gaming console…after all it was made by the big names like Microsoft and IBM. My favorite game, so far, is ‘The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion’. This is a real cool game. You should try it out. There are some terrific graphics and the game plan is mind-boggling. Then there are other games worth trying out such as RPG and Quake 4: Grand Theft Auto IV. I need to try out the PS3 now.
Love to game

Yes, I have to admit it. I love gaming. And when I say gaming I mean computer gaming. No real life football or baseball for me. Got kind of soft, you see…and getting on in age too. But gaming on my Xbox 360, that’s what I am talking about. This is a cool piece of equipment, man. By the way, my name is Jeff Richards and I have to admit I am trying to get over the typical ‘mid-life crisis’ through gaming. There are a number of people in the world who deride computer games, but I know of many who swear by electronic and computer games to keep their sanity in an insane world. The Nintendo DS and the wii are old friends.
