Ebay is going down the gurgler - and FAST.

Today Tonight is a TV show in Australia - a Current Affairs program.

They ran an exciting story on Ebay and the bullshit this company imposes upon people.

People ARE leaving in record numbers - the buyers and sellers have had a fucking gut-full of Ebay and their bullshit.

The Customer Service IS non-existant.

Complaints ARE skyrocketing - and Ebays growth is PLUMMETING.

Ebay IS facing a "Crisis of Reputation".

The Share Price was $54 in 2004 - and by 2006 it was less that half that.

Ebays growth in registered users fell from 42% to 23%.

Ebays sales growth fell from 43% to 19%.

Ebays income fell from 74% to 4%.



ONE in every TWO users experience significant problems using Ebay.

TWO out of every THREE of these people, either don't bother or give up trying to get something done about it - because they KNOW that Ebay's customer service is just fucking bullshit.



The Paypal protection policy is so full of terms and conditions (it's a scam) and if you are able to even reach the "mark" of being able to qualify for the "protection" - the next question is will they pay it?

No they won't. 

"Paypal Protection" is a bullshit trip and it's the scam of the century.

Sticking a "Paypal Protection" label on the ebay web page, is like writing "Tiger Inside" on the outside of a cardboard box.

It looks impressive - right up to the point when need to open it.

"Ummmm where is the ahhh.........  ummmmm......... But it said right there that ahhhh?"

"Ohhhhhhhhh now I see... it's only writing on the box"

And it's only writing on the Ebay web page.



Today Tonight is CONSTANTLY bombarded with complaints about Ebay - as so many other places are as well - and people are fed up with the lack of customer service from Ebay.

Ebays customer service is composed of nothing more than it's legendary "go fuck yourself" spam email.

Ebays live chat with the (computer?) is also composed of the legendary "go fuck yourself" spam - regurgitated as imaginative diologue.



Well for those who follow this blog - when I started using ebay about 6 or 8 years ago....

Ebay, Paypal and Square Trade were fucking me around badly then....

As far as all the bullshit with Ebay goes - it's getting far worse in the volume of problems - and the complete lack of customer service - nothings changed.

It's as fucked as it ever was, it's just there is more of it.


Ebay is now in a total nose dive.

They have no more street cred.

Everyone is tired of them feeding us shit and fucking us all around and ripping us all off.

Everyone hates them.

And everyone is moving to the competition.
