20/8/2006 - Hmmm Fuck Him - the Scammer Seller.
Well Boils and Goils, the Sellers tale of Woe.

In Brief.
I made the ebay Sale.
The seller got my POSTAL details from the inhouse ebay emails.
I put the money into the sellers account by direct deposit...
Ebay suspended my account.....
I told ebay to go fuck themselves and since I figure that if anyone really wants to contact me they can email me, so I told Ebay to stick their policy of having my own home phone number on my account, up their arses.
The seller did not send my gun.
I emailed him 2 x, the first about 2 weeks after the sale and a week or so after that.
No reply.
A chain of events was then put into place.
Looked up his basic company details on the ASIC website.
Contacted the NSW office of Fair trading; the NSW police fraud squad and the occassionally quite useless St George bank (that we both banked at).
This took a while.......
So understandably the stupid banks email policy... (no pix - human vetting of bank problem) and then a letter, resulted in a phone call to say that the banks hands are tied....
The NSW orifice of Fair trading, well they are a little bit of a toothless tiger but their help was appreciated - the he did jump just enough to email me and tell me that he did not have my address cause my account was suspended..
(There had been about 6 emails from me to him since the sale by this point)
I sent him my address.. with quiet courtesy.
Still no gun....
The cops (after some prodding over the merrits of no matter whether it's $34M or $34 - it's still theft), they came into bat and were able to persuade him to see the error of his ways....
The package arrived soon after, with the REGISTERED MAIL.
The poor dumb arse innocent seller... sure.
If he had not have sent the package after the coppy chat, there was the NSW fair trading tribunal, then the court and a warrant for seizure.
I just don't like being fucked with I guess.
