26/7/2006 - I still hate Ebay.
The very last purchase I made on ebay... was about a day or so before my account was resuspended.... again.... probably permanently., well the arse fucker got paid all right - but it was won on Friday the 7th after 5pm, and the earliest I could deposit the money into his account was ~9am the following Tuesday 11th.... well after nearly 2 whole weeks, of not hearing a peep out of him.. no "thanks for winning / buying / paying for the item" - along with a couple of emails to him after 9 days... saying how's the sending of the item coming along?
Welllll I am getting the picture that he has kept the money and is not sending the item; in fact I get the impression that he has relisted the item as well.
So one letter to the NSW police for fraud.
One letter to the Consumer / fair trading office.
One letter to OUR bank, asking for the money to be transferred back into my account.
Then after this plays out, a letter perhaps to the NSW tribunal, and if that doesn't work out, then an application to the courts and a warrant for possession.
Like I said. Fuck Ebay.
Funny that - the VERY last purchase I ever made on Ebay was from a scam artist, in a scam artist company.
The latest Gnews... I have been posting either the info or links back to my blog, with the 60+ other online sites, that are in competition to Ebay.
It's a little bit time consuming but it feels kind of good.
It feels kind of good to look up "Fuck Ebay" and "Hate Ebay" and to see that there are absolutely zillions of really fucked off people dishing up shit on Ebay, and it's fuckhole management.
It feels good to slap that arse fucker company in the face by posting a LONG list of competitors in their enemies err sorry former sellers and buyers hands.
And as far as Ebay reinstating my account..... if the idea was a hand grenade taped to the ende of a broom stick, and I could shove it up their arse - the only problem I'd have is getting a broom stick long enough.
Fuck Ebay.
I mean I om mostly Ok with regular sex on the net... I am not overly plauged with the christian mind fuck ethic = bad bodies, ungodlyness etc., but the only thing that comes to mind that in picture form, would cover ebay, paypal and square trade etc., and lots of their other idiot mind fuck antics, is the equivalent of eating shit... the Jap Scat and similar...
I see that and I want to puke......
Dealing with Ebay gives me the same feeling...
Now my account has been suspended with ebay for the umpteenth time.... well come to think of it, if it's an agreement that I MUST agree with or I don't get it, then it's not an agreement - it's Ebays ultimatum, and if I do not have the full power over my account, then it's not my account, it's Ebays account...
To start up and shut down at their accounts - that my parking in them, earns them money, untill at their merest whim, the nameless and faceless at Ebay, decide to shut the account - their account that they have TOTAL control over....
Well the phrase "Orwellian Nightmare" comes to mind.... but perhaps describing Ebay's operation as "Kafkaesque" seems more appropriate.
Well enough of Ebay and Paypal and Square Trade etc., etc., etc.
I no longer have any account with them...
I have said my piece, I have kicked them in their respective fat cunts.
I have done a good job of spreading around all the "other online sites" and anti-ebay propoganda.
I don't think I can write much more on Ebay...
I have stuck up a copy of "The Trial" by Frank Kafka.....
