For those who have ever been given the Grand Daddy of SHIT CUSTOMER SERVICE by the "Ebay Formula Email" machines, well things have gotten better or worse depending upon your perspective.
If your into masochism and getting fucked around by the folks at Ebay - well this is really going to ruin your day cause now NOTHING is ever going to be resolved., cause NOTHING - and I mean not even that ONE in 100,000 emails that should actually get responded too - now it isn't.
But if your in that class of human being, that has a sincere dislike of shitbags like the Ebay management, and you absolutely know that the only thing that will bring them to heel is a court order or better; - well the terds that manage Ebay have put you in for a real treat too - they ain't going to be fucking you around any more at all ever - because there are not going to be any more "shitbag email run arounds" - because these idiots are just not going to fuck your around with any more bullshit robot emails....
You know why?
Because the ROBOTS in Ebay's customer service are now full time deleting your emails to them without even reading them!!!
Yes, they have run out of humans to sack, and the humans oiled the robots, so all the robots have been unplugged and dumped, and now they have one autoresponder left........ and they can answer 10,000,000 complaint emails a day by keeping them very short, minus bogus Ebay "policy fairy stories" and "go around in circles all day" links....

Note the complaint to Ebays Customer Service - was in regard to a seller who refused to respond to his buyer's emails asking where to send payment:
