Did you also know that EBAY no longer provides any phone support or
live online support? Only canned email responses for support. EBAY
support infrastructure has become nearly non-existent, this company
has a terrible service model and is progressively getting worse.
Its true, they have made their system progressively more restrictive
and now if you have a confirmed Paypal account that is a military
address their system absolutely refuses to allow you to conduct
business even though their ebay stores and sellers agree to sell/ship
to APO addresses. You can click buy now but you cannot complete the
transaction (Racking up negative feedback for you). I have been
fighting Ebay for over a year about this, there used to be a work
around, now there is none. Ebay just blames paypal yet EBAY owns
paypal and furthermore I have no problem with paypal, paypal works
seamlessly with all other services other than with the company that
owns it. I realize this will have no impact on Ebay's pps but let
this be my warning to you, Ebay cannot continue to compete in this
Internet based market at its current rate of deterioration. This
cannot be a good long term investment in its current state.
