| A crochet/ craft only blog for those who do not wish to delve in to my 'life' on the main blog. Note - all crochet terminology used is in US form. Email address, eyriecrochet-spam@gmail.com "...I make things because I love knowing that I can. I love knowing that I put all my love and creativity into it. And I love knowing that in this hectic world, I can sit down and make something useful and beautiful. Often, other people wonder why I would do this when I could buy a rug at Walmart for ten dollars. I think that the point is slowing down and enjoying the journey, even if it is taking much longer than I originally thought that it would...." |

I'm using 3.75 needles. I don't think they make 3.50.
I have bypassed the provisional cast on and used the long tail instead.
Instead of purling I utilised backwards knitting which worked much better.
I picked up 16 (not 18) stitches when I needed to from the first loop of the LTCO, and made the last DWS stitches 17 and 18.
Have no idea how any of the above will change the sock. Picture shortly when I do a bit more.
