If you really want to find someone to date then you need to have an awesome profile. There are some tips that will help you make the best profile and improve the one you already have.

Tip #1 Photos, Photos, and More Photos

The one challenge with online dating is that you can’t see the person to tell if you are physically attracted to them. But, there is a way around this. The answer is to add as many photos as possible. Nobody wants to buy something sight unseen and nobody wants to date someone sight unseen either. So, do your best to add as many photos in as many different poses as you can. Doing this will allow potential dates to see you in all your glory and really get a good idea of how you look as well as insight into your personality!

You want to look good in your photos, too, so don’t be afraid to take some photos specifically for your online profile. Groom yourself, put on some makeup, wear nice clothes that are not stained, ripped, or mismatched. You wouldn’t apply for a job looking bad and you shouldn’t add photos to your profile that don’t show you in your best light. When you have a lot of photos and you look good in all of them then you will receive more attention.

Tip #2 Provide Information

When you visit other’s profiles you are looking for certain information. This might be their religion, job, hobbies, political beliefs, family life, and more. So, go ahead and put it all out there on your profile. That way, when you are contacted by someone it will be because they really like what they see! Don’t be afraid to lay it all out there. Don’t feel shy or embarrassed. You want to find someone who will like you for who you really are. And, providing a great deal of information up front will actually help you out on that front. It will spare you people who just aren’t interested because they won’t contact you. So, you know when someone does they are truly interested in everything you are about!

Tip #3 Update Your Look

This goes along with the photos in a way, but it is decidedly different. You want to update your look so you are stylish in your photos. However, you do not want all of your photos to be taken on the same day in the same outfits and in the same locations. So, spread it out a bit. Add photos of you with different, yet up to date, hairstyles. Get a makeover at your local department store and take some photos out at restaurants, or in other locations. Just don’t make all the photos look the same. Visitors to your online profile will appreciate the different looks and that you care about your appearance.
