Bit upset because I've put on weight after coming off the lemon detox.
At one stage I was JUST shy off 59.
Now back up to 60.

weight on scales at gym today: 60.75 kg

my sneakers weigh: 0.7 kg, therefore actual weight just over 60kg

target weight 55kg...yay 5 kg to go

went to gym at 12.30pm:
- 20 minutes on cross trainer = 220 calories
- 20 minutes on treadmill = 130 calories - about 8 minutes of running!
- 10 minutes on cross trainer = 100 calories
- 8 minutes on bike = 35 calories
- 2 minutes on rower
total calories burned at gym today = 490ish. 60 MINUTES OF WORKOUT! YAY ME!!
did some weights as well:
- lat pulldown, seated rower, chest press, triceps, shoulder press

I'm pretty buggered now. Trying to study but keep wanting to just sleep and procrastinate.

I REALLY need to start doing some abs, I have a HUGE beer gut!!

FOOD:
- few strawberries - 100 KJ
- garden salad from woolworths - 400 KJ
- 99% fat free lime and pepper tuna 90g can - 260kJ
- 1 orange - 360 kJ
- 1 medium mocha - 50kJ ??
total so far approximately: 1170 kJ ?!


dinner allocation: 1000 - 1500kJ

total kJ allocation hopefully less than 5000kJ

So far I'm so proud of myself for today.

target: next sunday come down to 59.

i just REALLLLLY hope I can keep this up.
