That was better this week. My weight loss was exactly a kilo- and I wasn't wearing light clothes either! Actually, I felt good about it this week and my expectations were for about half of that, so I was pleased. On top of that, I also won the raffle, which enabled me to get a points calculator and some low-point snacks. I spoke to Anee, leader, regarding water consumption/ bloating. She advised me to drink a cup of water after every cup of tea, swap my juice for water, and not to drink any more! That sounds like good advice to me. Not sure I want to give up the 600ml juice that I take to work though- I tried water last week and didn't drink it (as it went warm-yeuch).
