We have noticed (from our support emails) some of you have or had trouble loging in and decided to write a FAQ on how to overcome this problem.
First thing is pretty basic, make sure your username and password are correct (our login system is case sensitive for both username and password, check your Caps lock)
Still no luck? Ok, you will need to clear your browser's cookies (sometimes a cookie problem occurs that can stop the login to work for security reasons). Here a step by step on how to clear cookies for Internet Explorer:
note: that deleting cookies will log you out from any site you have logged into previously
1. At the top menu of Internet Explorer click on Tools > Internet Options
2. Under the "Temporary Interent files" section click on Delete Cookies...
3. Lastly click on Ok and re-enter your login details.

On Firefox, select Tools, Options, Privacy then the Cookies tab and on right centre is a button to "Clear Cookies Now". That's under Windows, in Linux Options is replaced by Preferences under the Edit menu.
