at the gym

In our double session we were at waves where we did a gym circut. In the room was different activities set out. We did these activities for a minute each and would then move on to the next activity.

Some of the activites were:  stomach crunchs, push up's, squats using the weights, step up's , hand ball activity, shuttle run, bow flex, skipping rope, ladder grape vine, medicine ball and running arms. We then used the bikes for about 6 minutes, changing the intensity every minute.

Ater this we did all the activities again, some of the activities changed a little for eg: in stead of doing step up's we did jump up's an when using the weight we did lunges insted of squats.

We got back on the bikes where we were finishing up and stretching.

We had time to also use the gym for a little bit. I thought the gym circut was preety fun becuase of all the different activities we could do, i also really like using the gym... fun.... i thought it was good.
