Yestoday..... we went to waves and did a body pump class, in this we got to use a bar with weights on each side, each weight was 2 & 1/2kg , we also used dumbells and the step.
Durring this class we did squats, push ups and some stomach crunchs... we layed down on our backs and lifted the weights up.. we also did more work on our legs by doing lots of lunges..... after using the weights it got a little tiring now and again but...... i thought it wasm a preety fun class........ |
