On the 27th of febuary my Personal Development class went to Mildura Waves and went through a circut which cosisted of :

1: Push ups and Crunches.
2:Stepups. Jump ups
3:Reflex Ball. One handed
4:Hand ball activity. Lunges
5:Shuttle run- Continous- Jump Hurdles. Run backward
6:BowFlex over head, 30 second change over
Scipping rope, 30 seccond change over
7:Medicine ball twist. Rugby Throw
8.Ladder grape vine. Own choice
9:Partner assisted full situps.
10:Partnerd Running arms.
11:Bikes
We participated doing all in pairs it was fun and it gave a fair workout.
After we finnished we went into the gym and had some free time. |
