• 7/11/2008 - Converting GPS co-ordinates from degrees to decimal
Just thought I would share some infomation on converting GPS co-ordinates from degrees, minutes and seconds, to the decimal format that google uses with its maps tool:
The degrees stay the same.
The minutes get divided by 60
the seconds get divided by 3600 |

Hello everyone,
Just got back from snowboarding in Chile, hired a car... Really glad I had my GPS with me.
