I mean seriously... Did we need to euthanise her? This is the biggest bunch of bullshit I've ever seen. Think about this: we found it starving in Sydney Harbour, trying to nuzzle up against boats trying to get a feed. We sat on our arses for a week trying to figure out what to do while we had people there trying to feed it with makeshift whale nipple things but the government didn't let them near it. In the end we decided to "euthanise" it because it was starving. We didn't even try to do anything. It died because we couldn't be bothered feeding it, even though we had people there ready to go, at no cost to the state. I'm just very angry about this. Swearing, like WTF?What is so bad about a single word? Why can't I say "Fuck" (or similarly classified words) without people thinking I'm being offensive?I understand that those words offend some people. Why? If I say it within an offensive context, then I understand how you can be offended, but still, it's not the word that's offending, it's the phrase. Fuck (to use a common example) is just a word that means "to have sex with". It's in the dictionary along with all the other words; I don't see why it should be considered taboo.
