monday23/10/2006

monday again, time is just out of control, saturday night went to movies to see THE DEPARTED it was great i was on the edge of my seat the whole time.

I have a few new customers for self sell so i am quite happy about that, stephen [my eldest son]has done a lot of work on my web-site for  which i have thanked him .

WATER where is it? the world is going to have to do some mapping and adjust accordingly.

we are bringing in people at a rate of knotts and taking their taxes but not giving any thought to the infastructure, sitting there counting the money and saying what a good boy am i.

I am depresed enough without thinking about the world and its problems so lets move on

thats what i need to do in all areas of my life so moving on ,i a am going to the movies again tonight to see little miss sunshine so i hope it is good.

all for now sue h

hi

where did the week go, i note my last blog was tuesday [day at home]went in to office every day and just getting there is an episode, not much work coming in, which is a worry, but i am to lay back to care anymore what will be will be.

not much planned for the weekend it is windy and cold so i may just sit here reading blog while the washing machine does the work, read dlphillips blog what a busy lady, a retired teacher now teaching children to read, sounds really nice ,the entries made are similar to my own, as in day to day goings on .thanks peter for your comment on kenny i think i shall go and see the devil wears prada next, we go to the yarraville cinema i love it ,it is an old cinema restored to its former glory ,you have a little table inbetween each chair and you can buy a beer or wine to drink while whatching the movie, nice cafe's there too, and nic nak shops for browsing, should take your wife some time, it has a real village feel, [me being english and all]brings out something in me [a homy feel.]they have a great deli famous for thier sausages, the prize cups are in the window for all to see, great bakery with donuts full of jam,a new shoe shop has recently opened with gorgeous shoes,a corner pub with a tab and locals nite monday and tuesday with english fare, organic shop, bread vegies hair product vitamins ect.

and lots more.

must turn the washing machine on before i die of guilt from not doing anything, lucy is waiting for her walk and circling like a shark to gain my attention all for now sue.

tuesday19/9/2006

saturday walking lucy was stopped by a family driving around the area looking for a house to buy, wanted to know what it was like, told them i loved living here and that i had a house for sale, they came to have a look the little girls tore through the place and disapeared ,they where terrorizing the gold fish, then of they go to view other open house, there are quite a few up for sale at the moment being spring.

so went of to this lecture saturday night subject communication as i feel i am lacking in this regard thought it may help it did to a certain extent but a lot of it was common cence which i should have lots of by the age of 49 but when you mix feelings with wisdom you can get lost.

body language was the first point, animal instinct within us another, and power of deduction another.

returned home to hubby & son sulking due to footscray losing the semi final .

sunday we picked up mother inlaw to go of to ballarat to buy plants and vegies stopped for lunch at creswick and also looked a the golf course display home very nice but very expensive for what they are $600,000.drove home via daylesford my favourite spot and had a coffee the cafe waiter said he had made 260 coffees since 1pm and had had it.

michael cooks scrabbled eggs and bacon, spaggetti ,mushrooms for tea and we settle in for the night watching t.v.

monday off to work finish at 3pm head home to cook lamb casserole it was yummy.

tuesday morning no settlements or anything urgent so will stay home and clean the house.

monday,tue,wed13/9/2006

monday night went to see the  movie kenny sadly a funny send up of a sad life [i had to leave halfway through with motion sickness due to the camera work]michael stayed to see the end and filled me in with the ending he had a rostered day of. and met me there, so  fortunatly we had two cars.

made a beautiful lemon tart from the better home and gardens magazine monday morning

tuesday finally made it to bunnings looked over the plants as my garden is looking dull they where to expensive compared to Ballarat market so our sunday drive will be to Ballarat this week, bought more filling for my french doors yes lucy has been at it again and some varnish for the entrance step in all the door ways. had lovely afternoon with a friend, helen rang and asked to come over for tea so i tossed a salad and made scalloped  potatoes we had scotch fillet and helen brought some chicken on the way here to have with hers ,she filled me in as to her week with mom.

wednesday barckaded all the doors before leaving for work today they can't take much more filler, had a full day at work and arrived home at five no more damage, cooked tea and watched tv house was a follow on episode i really enjoy that show not much else that i watch on T V blogged at the same time to try and catch up on my daily entry.

good morning

raining all over the country today [good to see] my house was cracking at the seams.

I live in the boardwalk an estate west of melbourne , we have lots of park and walking tracks all around are new burst's of colour ,rainbows of beauty, the local council has planted lots of seedlings at entrances and roundabouts,it makes me happy to drive home through such a happy environment.

I remember as a child playing with the children in my street a game where one person stood in the middle of the road and everyone had to try and get to the other side of the road without getting caught, don't even see any children these days what do they do, watch tv, study, communicate via phone or computer.

does everyone watch the today show  ghermaine greer should be hit with higher tax ,how can a politician make such a ridiculous statement.then the next subject to be discused is raising politicians super and giving them a tax free life pension[f@ck off].

daily entry/sat sun monday22/8/2006

tuesday missed a couple of days entry but will fill in now

saturday sat at computer reading the stars looking at real estate wasting time, found a nice house in Humble street Geelong ,ripe to continue with its half completed renovation the agent tells me it is a matrimonial sale and they would probably accept $270,000 I would really like to make an offer but with point cook where i am living at the moment not selling ,i am stuck in a time warp,i have this picture from a home magazine i have been carrying around with me for years and this house is just the house to do this renovation with, i am a dreamer but i could make things happen if i was married to someone with the same desires,he thinks no further than whats for tea and golf on saturday.

I purchased a house in mckillop street in the eighties[as i did not have superannuation] and made $120,000 on that so i can make things happen, bought a spec home in point cook with that money which i am in the process of selling now.

Sunday we drove to lara to water the garden as chris our son who is living there at the moment probably won't remember to,then when't on to have a look at a couple of open house

in geelong had coffee at GO cafe then walked the dog along barwon river.

I returned to point cook as micheal is staying the night at Lara to play golf the next day, he has a flexi day,i have arranged to have tea with Helena my sister she is wanting to watch the movie [under the tuscan sun ]so i prepare tea and pick up the dvd it was a really good chick flick, with a lot of meant to be and watch for signs kinda movie, which all of us tend to live our lives by but don't really notice we are doing it.

In the middle of all this Helena is trying to write her resume to apply for real estate jobs on my computer, she stayed the night and we both went of to work monday morning, when't through the routine and finished early, michael was home early from golf and was washing his car, he drives to ballarat which is 1hr 15min from here and the car is platered with insects.

I prepare tea we watch tv and go to bed. [and it's now tuesday so i have cought up on my daily not so daily entry]

cheers sue
