20/6/2007 - update on Melbourne |
Sorry its been a while but lifes been a little crazy of late!! You might have heard about the Melbourne shootings?? They found his Mercades in the carpark at my work!! Craziness...but other than that totally unaffected by it.
Hockey is going good. We are currently tied for third on the ladder and we have a bye this weekend. Doesn't mean we didn't get flogged at training - personal training is a killer - my abs, butt and legs hurt today! But I needed it - I am so unfit!
Winter is weather is insane here - it can be sunny when you wake up, rainy at lunch time and foggy at home time!!!
And Jen is the first of you all to come VISIT me!!! Thats next week and I am taking leave for a few days to soak up some more of Melbourne - Hopefully there will be a road trip thrown in!! There are some awesome trips to do here - like Great Ocean Road and Black Spur. Black Spur is shorter so I think that one might be the winner!
In housemate news, I had the house to myself and it was bloody marverlous. Chick flicks and chocolate were the order of the night!
By the way, some of the words in the previous articles were not mine - Dan picked up on this and said I was plagurising - true I guess - so I have amended these articles and put references at the end!! Thanks for keeping me honest Dan!!
Seen some interesting comments - need some more people - I know its not myspace but cmon!!
