I hope to use this place to keep a record of my adventures in music in Melbourne. Most of which take place in St Kilda and nearby- i seem to need a passport to leave postcode 3182 these days, but occasionally i venture further afield, if the music impels me. :Last week was a biggie- after getting back from Adelaide on Tuesday i saw The Twits at the Espy, Gentle Ben and his Sensitive Side at Pony (Friday) Ian Rilen and the Love Addicts at the Greyhound (Sat) and Large Number 12's at the Pint on Punt.- every Sunday) Commonwealth games? what games-i did notice lots of roads blocked off, so escaping St Kilda may have beena hassle if i'd needed to get to work but getting taxis has been easier than usual.
