I'm taking the Step to losing 52.6kgs...

Day 5 and it's going great!!

For anyone that has ever struggled to lose weight or maintain a helathy eating plan, I would say to you that Cohen's is the way to go!!!

I am into Day 5 and although I shouldn't be weighing myself I couldn't help it!!  4 days and I have lost 4.1kgs!!!

I can't wait for my holiday that I am going to treat myself to after 6 weeks of the program!!

I am feeling fantastic, the food is great, no hunger pains, no headaches and I am in a sensational mood!!!

This is definitely the program that is going to change my life!!! 

If your thinking about it now, DO IT!!!!

Take Care and Fight the FAT!!! 

Today is the first day of the rest of my life....

Today I made the decision to lose 52.6kgs by becomming a member of the Cohen's Lifestyle Clinic in Hyde Park, ADELAIDE.  I made the decision to change myself from being fat, obese, overweight, whatever you want to call it.  Either way I made the choice to change...   

This morning I weighed in at 134.6kgs and was told that my goal weight is 82kgs...  I know people that don't even weigh 50kgs and here I am trying to lose it!  That is a lot of oranges!! 

I know that it is a hard road ahead and that it will be a challenge but I am prepared to achieve it!!  I am determined to succeed and I am sure with constant reminders of my focus and self motivation that this will be a short period in my life...  I mean 6 months is not a long part of my life.  In fact being that I am only 26 it is nothing and the freedom that it will give me afterwards is well worth anything that the next 6 months can give me... 

I can't wait to share my up's and down's with you all and to hopefully help some of you out there that are sharing my journey and making the same decisions to change your life...  It is well worth it and the benefits that are gained afterwards are definitely worth it!!
