Future trend in small business Tracking Tracking the customers will be a big future trend. Customer interests differ from one customer to another. The business needs track what target market their targeting for the product and how that target market respond to the product. This kind of tracking will help the business to control their marketing plan, production lines and add necessary promotions time to time.
