IZZY FILLING IN WITH HILLBILLY BLUES BANDITS
After the recent death of "Rollin' D", bassist with north coast (NSW) band the Hillbilly Blues Bandits, Izzy Foreal has been playing bass with the band to help them fulfil a series of commitments to promote their album 'One Ticket'. Band Leader Pete 'Scrubby' Pete Hurcombe says he'll decide about the long-term future of the band at the end of this series of shows, but in the meantime the 3-piece blues outfit is powering along with the addition of Izzy's trademark antics and peculiar approach to musicianship. Izzy has made it clear he'd be happy to fill in with the band as long as it takes to make them rich and famous.{ Post a Comment }
