Hi everyone.
Just a quick hello, sorry for not visiting your digs for a bit. I have been very busy with the wedding preparations and of course everything else one has to do in life.
The wedding preparations are on track for my son's wedding this coming Saturday. The wishing well which hubby and myself are creating is taking shape very nicely. There will be photos when it is completed - less than a week to go!
I am not feeling so well and haven't been for the past 6 days, I have another cold. I do not need a cold right now, but beggars can't be choosers and I had one leading up to my Pop's funeral so why should a wedding be any different. Many of you will know that a cold for me can bring about a severe relapse of my ME/CFS, so I have to be very careful and rest as much as possible. Anyway I shall cross my fingers that it won't effect me too much.
I am still concerned about my son, the up coming groom. He is having severe dizzy spells and small black outs and I want further testing to rule out any other causes for his severe dizziness, he has just been diagnosed with Haemochromatosis, but it is not severe and I would feel a bit happier if at least a CT scan was performed of his head to rule out other potential causes for his dizziness/blackouts. I am pretty sure that I have convinced him.
I had thought that we had convinced the bride to be, not to have the parent's of the bride and groom on the bridal table, but I was wrong we are still on the bridal table. Looking totally out of place with each set of parents stuck at either end of the bridal table, unable to see the bride and groom. *Huge sigh*
Anyway I have just looked at the clock and it is time to gargle some Betadine Sore Throat Gargle and spray some Vicks First Defence up my nose - No I am not getting an endorsement fee for this "product placement". Then I think I shall watch, "My Big Fat Greek Wedding", in preparation for Saturday's "Grand Italian Wedding".
