Time for a Cuppa and a Chat.

• 9/4/2007 - Well I finally got into BN - Yippee!

I haven't been able to log in here since yesterday. It appears that BN doesn't like FireFox browser at the moment. I have cleared all of the browsing history, cookies, you name it I have cleared it.

So I thought I would try IE browser and here I am - Yahoo!

I don't like IE browser, but I guess for the moment I will have to just get used to it.

Anyway while I wasn't here I posted some blogs over at www.chezzag.wordpress.com and I don't think I can be stuffed posting them over here, as I have had an absolute gut full of this site at the moment!

So there you have it.

Well said Cheryl, I am only a newbie here on BN and I have had enough also. This has to be the slowest site I have ever known. I am not sure why I have not given up as yet!

Oh.. I forgot..... I did leave a post-it on the door of your new house, which immediately prompted the new fangled sensor into danger mode - warning me that the message will be pending 'moderation' before allowing the owner to view said note from me. Hmfff.

I saw your lovely trail throughout my new house.

Thank you so much for visiting. I must admit I am very happy with it. I love the look and feel of my new house. I haven't ventured very far into the surrounding neighbourhood yet, so I can't comment on the neighbours. But I will still hang around here as well, if BN will let me as I like the neighbours here very much.

I did come across your little note(s), you will be happy to know that I have entered you into my security system, so you can now leave post its all over the place if you so desire ;-P

I have not had trouble getting in here with Firefox (although this computer still has 1.5 not 2.0) all Easter. Actually I thought things have improved speed wish over the last couple of days but it is varible. Can be fine then suddenly stall for few minutes.

I don't know what is going on.

I had a strange situation over Easter where about the only website I could get into was BN and that was with FF.

Then I fixed that problem and now I can't get into BN with FF, so it must all be related. But I am having no problems with any other website. Plus I can look up friends blogs by not being logged in, I just can't log in. I can also post a comment as a non registered user. So for some reason it is a log in issue with FF.
As I have said I have cleared cookies, cache, browsing history, I haven't cleared passwords and form filling, maybe I should reluctantly give it a try :-(

I hate it when these little glitches occur as sometimes there is just no reasoning to the problem and it can take so much time to fix. I think for the moment until PC/Internet stress levels subside I will just use IE for BN and FF for everything else.

Okay I am back in and using FF, I had to delete the saved username and password. But it is running at snail's pace :-(

I must remember that patience is a virtue :-)
