Well, managed to completely fuck the day up (did I mention there may be swearing in this blog? Well, consider yourself told).
Did well until after lunch when it all went pear shaped. HAVE to learn to control my cravings.
Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
On a high note, I did manage to drink 1 litre of water.

Well, I weighed in this morning at 121.9kgs. NOT pretty. But I refuse to let it depress me. Here is my plan for today, food wise:
Breakfast
30gms Nutrigrain
600ml Feel Good Iced Coffee
Morning Tea
3 x Paradise Lites cookies
Lunch
4 x Paradise Lites crispbread
light margarine
vegemite
2 x slices cheese
1 x small Fruche
Afternoon Tea
small packet of chips
Dinner
2 x rissoles
100gms oven baked chips
mixed vegetables
After Dinner
1 x Chupa Chup
Hopefully I can stick to it and STAY AWAY from the vending machines at work. I'm also going to drink at LEAST 1 litre of water.
Lets see how I go.

Welcome to my world
I've set up this blog to track my progress in my efforts to get down to 99kgs by the time I turn 35 on May 31, 2007.
A bit about me..
I have been overweight all my life, and tried all manner of solutions to lose it. From Weight Watchers (which my mother joined me up to at the age of 11!!), to fad diets, Atkins, pills, and finally gastric banding surgery in 2004. All have been unsuccessful in helping me achieve long term weight loss. So lets face it..the problem is me. But not any more.
I am SICK of being fat. Sick of it...fed up...had ENOUGH!! So its time to get my fat ass in gear and do something about it.
So mark this space, dear reader. There is much more to come.
